Made by Maer. Chassis rails are made from 3mm thick steel. Outriggers and cross members produced with 3mm to 8mm-thick material. High-durability S355 J2+N carbon steel is used. All chassis's come hot dip galvanized as standard. (non galvanized can be requested however lead times will apply)
 
All chassis sections are laser cut and shaped with a CNC press brake for accuracy. Chassis rails are welded from four scetions to create the box main section for the Defender chassis. Areas that require extra strength use thicker steel upto 8mm thick, no lamination which can lead to rusting even after hot dipping!
All chassis's come complete with a galvanised bolt-in gear box cross members.
 
Suitable for : Land Rover Defender 110 - All models 300TDi 1994 onwards with rear steel tank setup (some late model 300tdi's came with rear plastic tanks, please contact us if you require this setup)
