Made by Maer. Chassis rails are made from 3mm thick steel. Outriggers and cross members produced with 3mm to 8mm-thick material. High-durability S355 J2+N carbon steel is used. All chassis's come hot dip galvanized as standard. (non galvanized can be requested however lead times will apply)
 
All chassis sections are laser cut and shaped with a CNC press brake for accuracy. Chassis rails are welded from four scetions to create the box main section for the Defender chassis. Areas that require extra strength use thicker steel upto 8mm thick, no lamination which can lead to rusting even after hot dipping!
All chassis's come complete with a galvanised bolt-in gear box cross members.
 
Suitable for : Land Rover Defender 110 - This model has blanked off motor mounts. It has bolt in plates attached to custom weld in your own mounts. Perfect for all LS/LT/Cummins swaps etc. This chassis is build off the latest Puma/TDCI chassis with rear steel tank mounts. (plastic tank setup can be provided please contact for more info)
